Happy Birthday Mom!
Im so happy for you. We almost didn't find internet this morning, and I was ticked I wasn't going to get to say it.
I am kinda really sick. Its ok, diarrhea and fever and headache and such, and I think I'm getting better so don't worry. but please pray! I have permission to sleep all day, and that is what I'm going to do. But please pray. sickness is very inconvenient on the mission.
Had another baptism!! the nephew of the girl I baptized last month!! awesome right?
It was also very spiritual.
Also I wanted to share something I learned this week.
In 3 nephi 17, Jesus in here in South America preaching and healing the people, and has an amazing prayer with the children and with the people. Read the chapter it's so good. He has everyone kneel down and prays to the Father for them, and they said that no one can conceive of the great and marvelous things we both saw and heard Jesus speak to the father. and no one can conceive of the joy that filled our hearts when he prayed for us.
How powerful!
1 nephi 19 9 says that the world, because of its iniquity will judge him as a thing of naught. They scourge him, and He suffereth it, they spit upon Him and he suffereth it because of His loving kindness and long suffering towards the children of man. Jesus understands. perfectly. and therefore it doesn't matter what people do to Him, He loves them the same. that is called charity, moroni calls it the pure love of Christ. if we pray for it, we can have it, and we can be filled with the spirit for the people that need our help.
