haha my package finally came. Thank you mom for all the dulces!! I love them all. And propel packets!! before I had asked, you had known and sent them, thank you!! yeah go ahead and activate the credit card when you get the chance, I do have it.
And Happy birthday Brit!!!! I hope you have a super awesome. Day. I want to hear about it when we talk !!
This week nothing really amazingly exiting happened. But were getting closer and closer to christmas!! FELIZ NAVIDAD!! This week we have a stake wide devotional for which we've been practicing like four hours a week for the last three weeks. We are singing about nine or ten songs from the hymnbook, primary songs, Come thou font of every blessing, Amazing grace( yeah I know they got a little mixed up :) ) and I get to play piano for the whole thing!! also I get to play a solo. I threw together a mix of The First Noel, and I Believe in Christ. gonnabedabomb. Also, when Presidente and Hermana Douglas come on the 19, we get another hour to show them our devotional, whereas all other twelve zones get 25 minutes!!
Alright. The moment of spirituality.
This morning I read alma 36, which is a very heart felt and touching story. Alma the younger is relating the story of his conversion, to his son Helaman. Read the story, especially 17, and 18, and think on the power of the atonement. Alma WAS a very bad person. Then he Changed. And now he is one of the Lords most loved prophets (in my humble opion. The lord took him up into heaven, rather than let his body fail him, for heavens sake.) Feel free to read the actual story in Mosiah 27 (by now I`ve read it at least 30 times)
This week I asked a kid if he was excited for Christmas. He said no, because last year, the family was across town at their grandparents house, and people came to rob his house. They fed his dog meat that had been laced with tiny chips of glass, to stop it from defending the house. then they were going to break in, but the dog did its job and scared them away still. It died the next day. ... Just so you guys remember how blessed you are. (you wont be able to ever comprehend exactly how blessed that ..I.. know that you are at this moment, because I am here. But just try.)

Ok so transfers are next week. My comp is out of here yes or yes, because he has been here almost seven months. And the zone leaders asked me and Elder Durfey if we feel we are ready to train, because the President is asking who is ready... So who knows what will happen. Then Elder Durfey told me that he had had a dream about us two traveling down to lima to get our new trainees, and last time he dreamed something about the mission it was right... so .... I could be training by Christmas. Which would scare me, because I've been speaking spanish as my primary, every moment of the day language, for only two and a half months. pray for me. But its ok.
anyway... I get a three minute phone call next monday, the seventeenth. If I'm in lima, it will be from the office, so who knows what time I will do it. but if I don't train I will just call from our room, and well make sure it works for the 25th.
